Abstract

Chengdu city as a national contact point for creating the rule of law and the pilot cities, the rule of law in recent years, fruitful work, but with the rapid development of urban and rural areas and the construction of \governments to achieve effective social management and promote rapid economic development bottleneck, but also on the government's public service, market regulation put forward higher requirements for updates. This article mainly divided into four chapters.
