Abstract


(Hereafter referred to as the new " fire protection law ") have already " fire protection law in the People’s Republic of China " revised newly implemented formally since May 1, 2009。Formal issue of it implement, very good settlement original " the fire protection law " difficult some problems, difficult points that solve, and the development to that the work of national fire control is better, construct the socialized fire control system, establishing steady social environment has a very positive meaning.This thesis is analyzed as the breakthrough point with the issue of the new " fire protection law " and effect implemented in the Kunshan fire control group, combine the local reality in Kunshan, has analyzed implementing effect in Kunshan and gratifying achievement obtained of the new " fire protection law " especially, and there are some actual problems and reasons for forming the problem in the course of implementing to put forward the new " fire protection law ". Through the analysis and research of the above-mentioned several respects, offer certain basis for the fact that the legislative department will further improve the new " fire protection law " in the future, it is a group of fire control of Kunshan in the course of carrying out the new " fire protection law " at the same time, offer some pointed suggestions and thinking.
