Abstract


Safeguarding social stability is to build a socialist harmonious society andpromote sound and rapid economic development of the necessary requirements. Based on the Dafeng Cao Yan town Survey of social stability in rural areas, summed up the problems left over restructuring business units and interests of today’s disputes are the main factors of instability in rural areas. Cause the root causes of social instability in rural areas are mainly rural economic development and the incremental rate of the rural masses and the growing material and cultural needs are far from incompatible. Rural social instability, the key is economic development, and security is to establish and improve relevant laws and regulations, the solution is to adopt policies and measures to expand the living space of rural masses, improve the rural pension, medical care, protection, and truly in the countryside be "workers and gain a sense of security, medical, science has to teach."
