Abstract


Since reform and opening , with the rapid development of non - public ownership economy , the employment of non-public enterprises to absorb occupy the majority of the national employment , far more than the public-owned enterprises of the state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises . The development of non-public ownership economy , non-public enterprise workers is growing , and promote the formation of the union of non-public enterprises . Unions in non-public enterprises , plays an increasingly important role in the maintenance and implementation of the workers in the social security interests . Currently, academia union is relatively large , but very few combine the study of the trade unions and social security of non-public enterprises . The papers by specification document analysis , comparative studies and empirical research methods , analysis of trade unions of non-public enterprises in China , on the basis of analyzing the basic concepts and theories of non-public enterprises and unions play a role in employee social security influencing factors , and summed up the Western trade union practices and learn from our experience , and participation mechanisms from the policy , interest in safeguarding mechanisms and interest in the development of mechanisms proposed mechanism of China 's non-public enterprise unions in employee social security build, explore the practice of the United States and China 's trade unions to explore .
