Abstract

In this paper, the method of combining theoretical and empirical analysis starting from the villager autonomy basic legal theory , research Villager autonomous security system of the rule of law by analyzing the problems and causes of Villagers' Autonomy and democratic oversight focuses on the process of villager autonomy system for the improvement and development of problem .
