Abstract


With China's rapid development of non-public economy, labor conflicts non-public enterprises are becoming increasingly acute. At present, China labor dispute cases 30% -40% annual growth rate, while the total number of cases in labor compensation dispute, the non-state sector accounted for 80.3%. This indicates that non-public enterprises have become our labor conflicts of the \Therefore, the correct understanding and handling non-public enterprises in the relationship between employers and employees, improve the socialist market economic development objective needs, build a socialist harmonious society inherent requirement. In this paper, theoretical research and case study method of combining, through non-public enterprises to China's current situation and coordinate labor relations approach on the analysis of Chinese trade unions are non-public enterprises labor relations of governance options, a detailed analysis of the trade unions in the non-public The role of corporate governance and harmony based on the construction of corporate governance principles, and through case analysis to verify the contents of the study. This paper is divided into five chapters unfold. The first chapter, Introduction, from the overall description on thesis writing, including research background, purpose, meaning, the main content and research methods and so on. Chapter II, mainly on China's non-public enterprises labor relations analysis of the status quo. First introduced labor relations of private enterprises in the characteristics and contradictions of specific performance, then a simple analysis of its causes. Chapter III, from the corporate governance perspective on labor relations were analyzed. From the perspective of corporate governance structure has been interpreted on labor relations, and introduced the Western countries in the corporate governance angle adjustment of labor relations experience, combined with China's actual situation presented last non-public enterprises labor relations management options. The fourth chapter describes in detail the construction of corporate governance and trade union relations. First analyzed the \Finally the trade union building corporate governance principles. Chapter V, case studies. With no unions and unionized companies as an example, analysis of non-public enterprises build a harmonious enterprise unions in the role.
