Abstract

Based on climate tendency, moving average, Mann-Kendall, wavelet analysis and SVD methods, date of soil temperature, atmospheric temperature, precipitation and maximum depth of frozen soil provided by meteorological stations are analyzed and distribution of the Xinjiang soil temperature and response relationship between soil temperature and climate change are discussed. The results show that:1. Soil temperature in the annual, age variation, seasonal variation has emerged on the rise in north of XinJiang. There was significantly growth in the fall and winter. The distribution of soil temperature in north of XinJiang was directly related to the landscape, the higher the altitude the lower the soil temperature.2. In the past 49 years, the soil temperature in south of Xinjiang was rising, especially after 2000, the average soil temperature higher 1.2℃more than, before. Soil temperature increased rapidly. The most significant rise happened in the spring, the smallest rise in winter. Presents soil temperature distribution is progressively decreasing from the center of Tazhong to the surrounding in south of Xinjiang. Soil temperature had Major changed at the region between 74°—80°E in the south vein of Tianshan and Kunlun Mountains, small changed in the Tarim Basin area and the peacock River basin.3. Soil temperature distribution from north to south is low–high–low– high– low, Xiinjiang topography distribution from north to south is the south of Altai mountainous, Junggar Basin, Tianshan Mountains, the Tarim Basin and the northern slope of the Kunlun Mountains. Soil temperature is lower in mountainous areas; the basin topography is relatively higher.4. Soil temperature and atmospheric temperature are well correlated; the mean annual soil temperature is higher than the average temperature for many years. No matter correlation or wavelet analysis, are found the same cycle of temperature change, heating and cooling of the change occurred. Soil temperature at deep layer and atmospheric temperature change cycles by 6a and 8a.5. The first patterns from SVD indicate the coupling characteristic of soil temperature and precipitation with closely temporal and spatial correlation in Xinjiang.6. The maximum depth of frozen soil in winter shows a shallow trend, and the more significant. The maximum depth of frozen soil in the north stations of meteorology was deeper than south of the stations of meteorology, mainly at the winter, generally, the average soil temperature in the south of Xinjiang is higher than the northern.7. Different weather phenomena produced a great effect on the diurnal variation of surface soil temperature, wind speed influence is obvious.
