Abstract


The widespread student in the college sports associations is an important part of university student societies, it is an important form of one of the college students to participate in extra-curricular sports activities. The development and popularization of university sports associations to enhance their physique and cultural life of the rich college students after school, and promote the concept of lifelong physical develop are of great significance. In this study, some colleges and universities of the southwest region of Shandong Province as the research object, using a combination of access to the investigation, the scale type of questionnaire, literature, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of university sports associations in the Southwest region, the composition of activities investigation and analysis to carry out the characteristics of the internal and external form of the status quo, the corresponding conclusions, and propose appropriate countermeasures. The research results show that the type of university sports associations of Shandong Province, southwest China also rich enough to carry out the content is also fundamental to the traditional project-based, emerging activities involving less; the sports associations personnel constitute imbalance, specific performance of students in the lower grades occupy than large proportion of high school students few more boys, fewer girls; various sports associations not pay enough attention to community advocacy work led to the launching of many sports associations, but not high profile campus, influence is not enough ; due to school enough support to sports associations and societies of their own reasons, almost all of the sports associations are present phenomenon of a lack of funds and lack of venues and equipment, has seriously affected the development of the sports associations; due to lack of necessary incentives made sufficiently attractive for members of the community, resulting in the loss of community members seriously; management department of the College Society sports associations, have developed the corresponding rules and regulations and the appropriate way to manage and regulate the development and operation of the Societies, but these Most of them are not sound enough and the actual implementation did not implement the regulations, leading club activities confusion. For the above issues and the status quo, as the schools should intensify its efforts to support sports associations, to help formulate and improve relevant associations management approach, while increasing the guidance of club activities, guiding the health of the university sports associations and orderly development; as sports Societies itself, should engage in more unique community activities to enhance the attractiveness of the society members, increase foreign propaganda in order to establish a good image of Societies and increase campus influence extended Societies funding sources of Note Societies cadres develop and nurture.
