Abstract


The successful staging of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, not only demonstrates China's comprehensive national strength and competitive strength, and created a good opportunity for the development of competitive sports in China. By the impact of the economic interests of sports commercial context gymnastics, gymnastics industrial development is seriously lagging behind, resulting in the development of gymnastics lose market power, a declining population engaged in gymnastics training, there is hidden reserve forces. The crux of Henan Province Gymnastics Training also exists only to solve these problems, Athletic gymnastics in order to rapid development, and to embark on the road of sustainable development. In this paper, the literature data, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and mathematical statistics method, combined with the theory of sustainable development of the Athletic Gymnastics Development, the results are as follows: 1. Henan Province Gymnastics sustainable development The index system by the degree of development, coordination degree and persistence of three basic statistical indicators and 14 specific indicators. 2. Henan Province Gymnastics sustainable development in the performance characteristics of the number of dimensions: in 18 cities, only has six gymnastics training base in Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Pingdingshan and Xuchang City; 23 coaches, including men coach of 15, The female coaches 8; 116 has a total athletes. 3. Athletic Gymnastics sustainable development performance dimensions of quality characteristics: Coaches of the age structure is basically reasonable, more educational structure of specialist qualifications, fewer undergraduate degree; coaches and athletes proportion and the proportion of first, second and third-line player maintained at a reasonable level, but this is a reasonable proportion of weak athletes based on the cost; the gymnastics training conditions throughout the city, the level of training of the uneven conditions are restricting the sustainable development of Henan Gymnastics. 4. Henan Gymnastics sustainable development performance time dimension features: Coaches are not satisfied with continuing education itself; First, the gradual increase in the number of second-tier athletes, the declining trend in the number of three-line athletes; athletes cultural learning and retired protection . 5. Affect the Henan Province Gymnastics sustainable development of the main factors of 14 factors, including survival support system, development of support systems, external support systems and intelligence support systems. These factors will contribute to the quantity, quality and time dimension comprehensive regulation of Henan Province Gymnastics process of sustainable development.
