Abstract


With the advance of reform and opening up, foreign-funded enterprises has become a major force in China's socialist economic construction, while foreign workers sports sports work of our workers in a special group and phenomena. In this paper, two foreign-invested enterprises in Suzhou Games as the starting point, the use of literature, interview, questionnaire survey and other research methods, the status of the organization and management of the sports competition, the value of enterprises and workers to carry out sports competitions conduct sports competitions are analyzed and studied the impact of the foreign-funded sports activities. Results show that the two foreign investment in foreign-funded enterprises Games held by the love of the vast majority of workers, government departments, foreign companies have hope that the future can be better pursued; and conduct sports competitions workers, the enterprise itself, as well as corporate sports produce different the impact of specific performance: 65.57% of business managers, workers think sports competition of the workers particularly obvious role to achieve physical fitness purposes; 5.25% of business managers, workers that carry sports competitions, entertainment feelings of workers improvement of help is not obvious; 67.87% of business managers, employees carried out to improve the motor skills of employees, especially sports competitions; most business managers and enterprise workers that carry out sports contest the improvement of workers' influence significant help; There are a small part of managers and workers that help is not obvious to the cultivation of the self-confidence of workers to carry out sports competitions; 70.82 percent of enterprise managers, workers that carry out sports competitions help the promotion of workers cohesion is particularly evident; 61.97% business managers, workers that carry out sports competition no significant effect on the improvement of enterprise productivity in the enterprise; 10.82% of business managers, staff organize sports competitions to promote exchanges between enterprises not obvious, did not even help; 65.25% business managers and employees through athletic competition to promote their own products establish the image. 34.75% of the foreign-funded enterprises managers, employees that is necessary to carry out staff sports; think that the majority of business managers and enterprise workers to carry out sports competition helps to maintain the mental health of managers; foreign-funded enterprises in order to better carry out the union sports activities, self-built stadium, as well as full use of social resources, carry out sports activities with the social forces (such as profit stadiums, community sports facilities, schools, etc.); through participation in sports competitions, can give enterprise managers different useful information as well as the workers; and some of the sports venues and funding for the above inputs have increased, and there are more workers to participate in sports activities and increase the time of their activities.
