Abstract


Young university teachers as the main body of the university teachers and college construction and development of the main force, is the backbone of social development, their career happiness is not just about themselves, but also about the students' well-being and the future of schools health development. In this study, based on the theory of happiness, by reference to the relevant information and learn from previous studies based on the preparation of young college teachers' professional happiness questionnaire on 121 young university teachers to do a survey. The survey concluded: young college teachers' professional happiness overall situation is not optimistic. Salary Young University Teachers Career Happiness seven dimensions (profession itself, salary, interpersonal relationships, and effectiveness of the work, the work of emotion, work environment, physical health), the primary factors affect young university teachers' professional happiness. Gender variables, female teachers than male teachers more experienced professional happiness; able to experience the career of young university teachers the more professional happiness ages concentrated in the 36-40 year-old, happiness lowest 31-35 years old ages; From the academic point of view, higher education, lower happiness, lower qualifications, higher happiness; Judging from the title, the lower the titles, the career of the young teachers lower happiness; titles higher the youth the higher teachers career happiness; Judging from the nature of the school, career happiness of the young teachers of public schools than private schools young teachers professional happiness; happy young university teachers work history teaching age focused on: working 10 - 15 years and work 5-10 years of work history, the most unhappy period for more than 15 years seniority and length of service for 1-5 years young teachers; from different working positions, come to the teaching staff of professional happiness The sense was significantly higher than the teaching assistants. Through the analysis of the survey results, we propose the following measures: the establishment of a scientific and reasonable salary system; effective young university teachers incentives; differentiated teacher evaluation mechanism; attention to young college teachers' pre-service training and follow-up work of training; create a relaxed harmonious working environment; reshape education faith, the pursuit of career happiness; strengthen teaching exercise at the same time participate in research activities; learn to manage stress, improve the ability of anti-frustration. I hope these countermeasures can help to enhance young college teachers' professional happiness.
