Abstract


Educational equity is the spiritual basis of social equity and social stability,freedom and harmony. Focusing on the development of fair and equitable education is of a country and a nation’s major strategic choice, also is the foundation of national prosperity,rejuvenation,the people’s stability and harmony. In China, the centre cause of inequality in high education is that the government’s financial investment is not fair, which results in long-standing education inequality that will inevitably affect the efficiency of higher education and delay the overall national development of higher education. The paper sets in the background field of higher education and uses the positive correlation between the equality of financial investment and the efficiency of higher education as the guiding ideology. From the perspective of the financial investment policy in higher education,the author rethinks the efficiency orientation of overall higher education and analyzes the dialectical relationship between the equality of financial investment in higher education and whole efficiency in higher education. The paper also illustrates great research value and practical significance of promoting the maximization of the whole higher education’s efficiency.Based on the basic theory of equality and efficiency,comprehensive use of various analytical methods,the current situation of higher education financial investment analysis,the paper compares with the research of domestic and foreign investment in education and education efficiency,and combines with a series of policies and regulations under public finance system, then studies the influence on efficiency of universities and overall education caused by inequality of financial investment of current higher education. Finally, the specific measures are put forward in the paper from the perspective of pursuing efficiency more fairly. The paper illustrates the relationship between equality of financial investment of higher education and efficiency of higher education. We can conclude that the inequality investment of higher education will inevitably reduce the efficiency of higher education of a nation, and thus delay the overall development of education.Therefore,This paper draws the conclusions as follows: firstly,since higher education is non-profit , only the equity of financial input can promote the maximization of efficiency of higher education .Secondly,in order to raise the overall efficiency of higher education,it is necessary to increase the financial input in education,attach great importance to higher education ,establish funding system of higher education tending to equity,and advocate the equity of financial actively.
