Abstract


This paper analyzes the importance of cultivating innovative talents in today's era of knowledge economy context , because the core of the knowledge economy era is innovation , and its main creative talents . In 2006 , at the opening ceremony of the National Science and Technology Conference , President Hu Jintao delivered an important speech , pointed out that over the next 15 years in China Technology Development Goals 2020 to build an innovation-oriented country , this kind of \highlighted the central role of innovation and personnel training . Therefore, the cultivation of innovative talents in today 's new situation is particularly important. Cultivation of innovative talents can not be separated from universities , colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talent base , the college is the campus culture to complete the fundamental task of cultivating innovative talents . Therefore, to strengthen the construction of campus culture conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents . This article through the re- understanding of the creative talents of the university campus cultural meanings , and analysis of the role of the creative talents in building an innovative country ; analysis of the role of the campus culture construction in innovation and personnel training ; analysis of the current campus culture construction in the culture of innovation personnel problems exist , such as innovative educational concept , the concept has not yet formed ; problems in the construction of material culture and the spiritual and cultural construction ; institutional culture can not advance with the times ; negative impact on the traditional culture of innovation personnel training . On the basis of analysis of the problem , this paper, based on the training of innovative talents of university campus culture construction strategy . Major is To establish a people-centered educational philosophy , innovative educational concept ; optimize Campus Material Culture Construction deepen campus spirit and culture ; implementation of humane teaching management system , optimizing the curriculum , to optimize student assessment standards , teachers teaching evaluation of the way , to establish effective the personnel incentive system ; to correctly deal with China 's traditional culture , to create a good campus academic culture .
