Abstract


Nowadays,emergency disaster is a major issue. It is a common theme to build an effective emergency mechanism in response to sorts of emergencies and the consequences of hazards.As a cell of society, College is very important component of the whole community.Handling all types of emergencies,keeping the security and stability of the school is not only has a bearing on the country tens of millions of college students but also on the 100 million families and the entire people’s happiness is closely related to peace; not only has a bearing on the stability of social order, but also related to the country’s long-term stability. Although colleges and universities generally developed contingency plans about emergencies,because there is no sound mechanism to do that in the event of unexpected incidents, it is difficult to make timely and effective emergency response.This paper is produced on the basis of analyzing the background, significance of the selective topic and the need for emergency management mechanism, discussed the basic ideas about university emergency management mechanism from pre-mechanism, things neutron mechanism, the restoration of the three aspects of management mechanism.The main research methods of the article are literature analysis, operations research. The article’s main innovation:define the University of emergency management mechanisms, discussing the basic ideas of the university of emergency management system Construction, focus on a prior matter, the emergency management mechanism.
