Abstract


Literature materials are the premise of the study and teaching of history. After the reform of new curriculums, the proportion of these materials has greatly increased in high school history textbooks. The materials, which serve as an essential supplement, explain the profundities in simple language and coordinate the contents of the textbook. Meanwhile they can also arouse the students’interest and improve their abilities of reading and comprehension. Therefore, how to make full use of these materials to enhance the students’interest in learning history as well as improving the teachers own quality has become an urgen question at present. It is also a basic teaching ability for a qulified high school teacher.This article carries on the research inspection in view of the above question, deriving theory which the predecessors the experts, and the colleagues summarize, unifing my own long-term teachingexperience, formulating a set of practical and feasible means according to high-school student’s special needs, for example:Pay great attention to the the collection and collation of literature material in the teaching;, present as far as possible for the student a complete historical situation with the material which the textbook provides; expand student’s aspect of knowledge, increase interest in the history teaching; make full use of different literature materials reasonably; delve into thetheme in diverse methods and perspectives; aims at high-school student’s special details, formulate novel examination questions aiming at high-school student’s special details; make the students practise their question answering ability in the college entrance examination;The history teaching is not only teacher’s teaching, but it must manifest the students’study, In the historical teaching, and must display student’s independent learning capability as far as possible. It is the same with the historical data utilization. Display the student potential as far as possible in guiding the students to inquire independently in the study,, collect and collate literature materials Independently, and they should learn to utilize the literature data reasonably in the inquisitive and cooperative way. in this process the students’potentials are developed, their interest is promoted and the results can enhance naturallyAfter a period of research and exercise, teacher’s own teaching faculty has the enhancement, the aspect of knowledge obtains further expansion, and students’ability improves. The history teaching is no longer dull, Students’interest in history study enhances distinctly.
