Abstract


Peer conflict resolution strategy is a very important skill in peer interaction, it directly affects a person's social adaptation, and therefore effectively solve the conflict between the companion has a long-term social value and practical significance. Early childhood, childhood is the most rapid period of human social development, and therefore is particularly important to study the characteristics of children's peer conflict solving strategies. Based on the current domestic peer conflict resolution policy factors, especially 4 to 6 year old age group phase of the study are rare, selected for this study were 126 children aged 4, 5, 6, male to female ratio, questionnaire and story interviews to explore the three angles from the child's own characteristics, family factors and kindergarten children 4 to 6 years old companions conflict resolution strategies related factors, including the characteristics of the children themselves, select the child's temperament and level of multiple intelligences as indicators, family factors, select the way of parenting as an indicator kindergarten education select Montessori mixed age classes and age classes as a comparison. The results show that: (1) 4 to 6 years old children in peer conflict resolution there is a significant age difference in the degree of maturity of the policy, the overall trend is more mature With age, the conflict resolution strategy. At the same time, the 4-6 year-old children in problem solving, there are age differences in the frequency of use of help and neglect strategy. Among them, the frequency of use of problem-solving strategies strategy upward trend with increasing age; frequency of use of the neglect of strategy and help with increasing age was a downward trend. (2) 4 to 6 years old children's peer conflict resolution there is no significant gender differences in the degree of maturity of the policy, girls score slightly higher than boys overall. But on the frequency of use of specific strategies, the attack strategy there are gender differences, which, more boys than girls tend to use attack strategy. (3) 4 to 6 years old children's peer conflict resolution strategy development and maturity of the child's temperament, there is a close relationship between the level of multiple intelligences and upbringing. Linguistic intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, the activity of the temperament and parenting styles in children's multiple intelligences with the democratic type can predict the development of children's peer conflict resolution strategies.
