Throughout all kinds of documents about education reformation, establishing a variety of learning community has become the common pursuit of many researchers and practitioners. Today, as the representative of a group of related concepts, learning community includes a series of related to "learning" vocabulary and concept of "community", such as community of practice, cooperative learning community, community of learners, teachers’professional development community and so on.Learning community concept is put forward based on the learning organization, constructivism, humanism and interaction on the basis of the theory. Under the multiple intelligences perspective of the connotation of learning community is to point to students in a group or groups in order to complete the common task, there is a clear division of responsibility mutual learning. Learning community is both a philosophy and a kind of entity. As a concept, it refers to the community spirit; As an entity, it can be a learning team, also can be a class or even the whole school. It includes learning body, learning objectives, curriculum knowledge, tools, and resources, rules, division of learning activities and learning situation. There is connection already learning community and cooperative learning group, also has the difference.In this paper, first designing research plan, and then carring on the teaching facilities, finally carring on the evaluation and reflection.First, through the investigation and interviews, to understand the object of study of cooperative learning situation and existing problems. For further formulated the research goal and the train of thought, concrete research content and time is worked out.Then, in order to teaching and design scheme, learning community construction will be divided into four stages including forming, guidance, consolidating, run and maintain. The first three stages are first introduced the concrete implementation process and method, and then based on the results obtained in different stages of the analysis of the implementation of the strategy, the final stage focuses on the strategy of the operation to maintain.Practice results show that the students grades improved, cooperation skills, self-efficacy, learning atmosphere of the class is more strong. Inadequate:in the study of subjects of intelligence type identification there is deviation, the choice of subjects is regret.Finally, discussed the following problems:the students’ intelligent identification of how to do scientific and accurate; How to focus on the students’ learning community construction advantage intelligence with weak intelligence; How community building at the same time focus on a variety of intelligence; How to deal with the relationship between the learning community autonomous learning and the guidance of teachers; To promote the development of intelligent learning community members teaching design should be comprehensive and effective; How long to maintain learning community’s sense of belonging.
