Abstract


For a long period of time, the teaching and research group plays a positive role inimproving the quality of education, enhancing the quality of teachers and promoting thedevelopment of teachers in our country. However, as the curricula reform for basic educationadvancing exquisitely, the teaching and research group has exposed several shortages whileadjusting to new times, such as the function dissimilate, the organization backward,thepatterns of activity become rigid, and low level of participation in the teaching and researchactivities. In order to overcome these deficiencies, promote the teachers’ professionaldevelopment and improve the quality of teaching, the teaching and research group must findnew ways of development. The present paper raised a question based on the summarize thedocuments of learning community both in China and abroad, carry out a field survey of aprimary school under the guidance of the related theories and then make a variance analysis ofpopulation variables via the school’s present situation of the construction of the teaching andresearch group, in order to find out the problems existing in the working of the teaching andresearch group and the factors that affect the construction of group.Finally, the author learnssome related theories, take the school’s teaching and research group as the object of study andmake some suggestions for the mathematics teaching and research group that based on learningcommunity. The paper can be divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction.This section is not only described the background,purpose and significance of the research, but also bring forwards research problems andmethods on the basis of summarize the documents of learning community and teaching andresearch group both in domestic and abroad.The second part is the investigation and the analysis of the present situation of a primaryschool’s teaching and research group. This part all the teachers of the primary school will beasked to fill in a questionnaire.The current situation of the construction of teaching andresearch group is presented from three aspects:teachers’ awareness of the property of teachingand research group,teacher role and relationships in teaching and research group and Conduct situation of teaching and research group activities.At the same time, the author will use thesoftware SPSS11.5to make a analysis of related data based of survey and make a varianceanalysis of population variables surrounding the three questions above,in order to find out theproblems existing in the construction of teaching and research group.The third part is the suggestions based on the survey results.This part make somerecommendations for the construction of mathematics teaching and research group based onlearning community of a primary school with case studies.This paper takes a primary school’s mathematics teaching and research group as anexample,based on the reality of school to make a case study of the construction of teaching andresearch group that based on learning community.
