Abstract


Current basic education reform has entered a new period of development , quality put forward higher requirements for teachers of vocational skills . Principals, as the leader of a school , all in which to act as an important role . Lucid study of the role and the role of teachers' professional development principals . I focus on the growth trajectory of a newborn local school , through reading and analysis of the literature , and conduct field research through interviews, questionnaires , and lectures in the form of the relationship between the professional development of school principals and teachers to investigate , analyze and discussed. The proposed three-pronged strategy : First, principals special attention to interpersonal leadership and cultural leadership as \Explored the association between the two in this article from the principals of teacher professional development angle designed for principals to improve their own education management capacity , seize the key link in the development of school - teachers in the development of the analytical perspective and thinking path , it is a way of thinking based on the status quo of China 's primary and secondary management .
