Abstract


The level of production management and production process automation technology determines the level of product quality and yield, in this article as a starting point for the actual needs of the northern Chemical Co., Ltd. , the design and development of automated production line set of asphalt molding . The automated production line design is based on Siemens S7 -300PLC , remote control and management of the production process through the host computer ( IPC configuration monitor screen ) . Siemens S7-300 PLC as the system controller to achieve the automation of the entire production process , the Advantech IPC host computer monitor screen Kingview software development , real - time monitoring and management functions . Meanwhile, the bulk hopper car uniform fabric system analysis to identify the car cloth with retention and non-linear characteristics , for it is difficult to establish the characteristics of the mathematical model , the PLC - based fuzzy logic control implementation , discusses the design principles and structure of the fuzzy controller , a two - input and single-output fuzzy controller is designed for the real-time control of the speed parameters fabric process , to achieve a bulk hopper car fabric height error control , to meet the requirements of the bulk hopper car uniform fabric . Automation system design not only applied to the improvement of product quality and production characteristics of traditional handmade cloth uneven , PLC - based fuzzy logic controller is designed to achieve the purpose of automatic uniform fabric . This project to meet the actual needs of enterprises , solve the traditional manual high failure rate caused great harm , and production efficiency and low number of drawbacks . The entire control system to ensure the safety and reliability of the production process , improve product quality and production efficiency , save energy and prolong the life of the equipment , and has a certain practical significance .
