Abstract

Based on the principle of surface plasmon resonance spectrometer based on self built angle indicator type surface plasmon resonance sensors, mainly to study the impact of different sensitive film system for surface plasmon resonance sensor sensitivity. The experimental results showed that when the sensitive film for the Ag film, the sensor sensitivity is highest, but the tolerance and the worst corrosion resistance; when the sensitive film Ag SiO2 film, the sensitivity of the sensor with respect to the Ag film and a Cr Au film worst having better tolerability and corrosion resistance; when the sensitive film is a Cr Au film, and sensor sensitivity is centered in the three membrane system, but it also has a better tolerability and corrosion resistance. Based on the above research results in a spectrometer based on Cr Au film is sensitive film, a college physics experiment platform - Surface plasmon resonance experiments instrument development. Using electron beam evaporation on Si (100) grown on pure zinc oxide thin films and 1% Al doped ZnO thin films, study the crystal structure of the film, the optical properties with changes in growth conditions. The study found that when the substrate temperature of 200 ° C, the c-axis orientation of the zinc oxide film. Photoluminescence spectra of zinc oxide films and found that the zinc oxide thin film photoluminescence spectra not only ultraviolet band-edge emission, but also because of the deep levels caused by oxygen vacancies, zinc interstitial emission. Si (100) 1% Al doped ZnO thin films grown on the substrate, the substrate temperature of 200 ° C, Al-doped zinc oxide thin film photoluminescence spectra, only the UV band edge emission and deep level emission . By sol - gel method zinc oxide nanorods grown on quartz substrates to study the impact of different heat treatment temperature on the zinc oxide crystal structure, microstructure, optical properties. Found that when the heat treatment temperature of 550 ℃, the c-axis oriented ZnO Nanorods best, and was found by SEM mapping with the heat treatment temperature, the zinc oxide thin film particles gradually from the sub-crystal nanorods change, and the arrangement of the particles more sequence, the more uniform particle size. But the zinc oxide thin film photoluminescence spectra very deep level emission. Finally, to fully understand and are familiar with the principle of evanescent wave based on fluorescence spectrometer to build zinc oxide biosensor system, to study fluorescence resonance energy transfer phenomenon. The choice of blue fluorescent protein - the green fluorescent protein fluorescence resonance energy transfer donor - acceptor pairs in Al-doped zinc oxide films based on the study fluorescence resonance energy transfer phenomenon. Experimental results show that the Al-doped zinc oxide thin film photoluminescence may participate in the excited fluorescent protein pairs, in order to achieve resonance energy transfer.
