Abstract


In a mobile communication network , the handoff is a guarantee of the key technology of the communication quality of service (QoS) , has been of concern . Although existing handoff technology has been able to meet the current demand for wireless mobile communication temporarily , but in recent years , with the development of highways, railways , car mobile terminal system handoff speed put forward higher requirements . In the high-speed mobile environment , the mobile terminal is bound to face frequent switching between neighboring cells . Existing mobile communication the microcell or ( and ) picocell expand system capacity and cell coverage is decreasing , and further increase the difficulties in the implementation of existing handoff technology , the problem is more prominent . Greater impact handover performance by switching the channel assignment algorithm , so switch the channel allocation problem , will improve existing handoff techniques have important theoretical significance . Accordance with the channel allocation priority to ensure that the principle of cross-district switching performance of the analysis of existing wireless cellular network various based on the the switching priority programs of the channel allocation algorithm based on a numerical analysis method , research -based mobile terminal movement characteristic of switching priority channel allocation algorithm. Study : 1) channel allocation algorithm call admission control scheme ; 2 ) the impact of the network traffic load and mobile terminal speed on the the channel prediction reserved program performance ; 3 ) the channel prediction reserved program in the forecast area allocated size optimal value determination algorithm ; 4 ) the channel prediction reserved optimization algorithm . Innovation of this paper is to : 1) combination of channel protection and letter channel prediction reservation scheme designed channel protection - forecast reserve combination ( the GC - PCR ) program , not only extended the scope of application of the channel prediction reserved for the program 's , but also further improve handover performance ; 2) introduced in the model , GC-PCR delay factor , the design of the channel assignment algorithm based on the GC-PCR program . The final numerical results show that the optimized handoff channel allocation algorithm based on GC-PCR program than the channel prediction reservation scheme in some improvement in the rate of dropped calls problem , prove that the proposed algorithm under certain conditions, to improve the performance of the system switching .
