Objective: To observe and compare the efficacy of three treatment methods and to explore condyloma combination therapy efficacy.Methods: A retrospective collection treatment 76 patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical Universitydermatology clinic in December 2008 ~ November 2010, 76 patients have been diagnosed with genital warts, the ages of patients between 18-55 years, The 76 warts patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: 20 cases for A group, 21 cases for B group, 35 cases for C group. The age, gender, lesion number, size, duration difference of three groups of patients had no statistical significance(P> 0.05). Before treatment, learn more about the basic pathogenesis of the disease and the situation of the patients in the treatment and observation, treatment and healing of lesions recorded by the same observer. A group of simple multi-functional electric ion therapy machine treatment; B group of multi-functional electric ion therapy machine treatment plus treated with interferonα-2b gel on the affected area, 3 times /1 d, used interferonα-2b gel 8 weeks; C Group treated with triple therapy which consist of multi-functional electric ion therapy Plus topical interferon gel and injected interferonα-2b injection 1,000,000 IU, 3 times a week,treatment for 8 weeks. The topical interferon gel are given to the B, C group by the same number and method.Three groups of patients were recorded the lesion changes and adverse reactions after treatment for 6 months. Compared the cure rate and recurrence rate of genital warts in various groups . And the results was analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software , By chi-square test, P <0.05, The difference is significant.Results: The cure rate of A、B、C three groups are 35.0%, 71.4% and 94.3%, recurrence rates are 65%, 28.6% and 5.7%. The recurrence rate of A group is highest. The recurrence rate of B group is less than A group . The recurrence rate of C group is the lowest in three groups. Compared the cure rate between A and B groups, X~2 = 4.10 ;P = 0.04, P <0.05, The difference in cure rates between A and B groups is statistically significant. Compared the cure rate between A and C groups, X~2 = 19.66 P = 0.01, P <0.05. The difference in cure rates between A and C groups is statistically significant. Compared the cure rate between B and C groups,. X~2 = 3.88 P = 0.04, P <0.05, The difference in cure rates between B and C groups is statistically significant. The cure rate for the three groups from high to low is C> B> A,X~2 = 23.23,P = 0.01, P <0.05. The difference in cure rates between A、B、C groups are statistically significant.The cure rate of C group is highest.Conclusion: Multi-purpose ions combination with topical interferon gel and interferonα-2b injection triple therapy method of treatment of genital warts can significantly improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate of genital warts, while its economic and practical, simple, worthy to be popularized.
