Abstract


This paper focuses on \First, the article examines the service sector FDI inflows preliminary Motivation and the relationship between trade and services . Article that the global foreign direct investment due to service economy and towards services and departments between FDI inflows and export a significant change in the characteristics of the track . Secondly , the article analyzes the service sector FDI inflows and the interaction between trade in services . Articles from the service trade competitiveness of the four determinants - physical capital, human capital, technology and system from the start , analysis of services FDI inflows to promote service trade development of the four effects - effects of physical capital accumulation , human capital accumulation effect, technology spillovers and institutional effects , and from the perspective of the host country , analyzes the determinants of services FDI and trade in services development that would affect services through FDI determinants in turn promote the services sector FDI absorption. Again , the article empirical test of the service industry and service trade between FDI inflows correlation . This paper uses cointegration and error correction model to China from 1986 to 2007 time series data were tested and concluded that China's service trade development services FDI and long-run equilibrium relationship exists ; services FDI and trade in goods with impact trade in services ; services FDI and trade in services exports and imports are mutually causal relationship exists . Finally, the article according to the service FDI inflows to promote the development of service trade , service trade development to promote the service sector FDI has a reverse effect conclusions, further attract services FDI inflows , in order to promote the development of trade in services a number of policy recommendations, including : an accurate grasp services industry in the international transfer rule and the promotion of services FDI inflows ; accelerate upgrading of industrial structure of trade in goods , from the traditional labor-intensive products exports to high-tech products export ; strengthen cooperation with developed countries and regions emerging service cooperation , China's production of sexual services to fill the gaps ; accelerate service management system for the health service industry and service trade development to create a good environment.
