The emergence and development of the ice and snow tourism has brought huge economic and social benefits to many countries . According to statistics , the world each year about the billions of people to participate in the ice and snow tourism , directly reach tens of billions of dollars in revenue , considerable development prospects . Harbin is known as the \Early in 1963 held the first session of the Ice Lantern Garden Party , after nearly 50 years of development , has become the vanguard of Ice and Snow Tourism in China , by virtue of its unique natural geography , human geography , economic geography, resource conditions .
