Abstract


The nature of the ideological and political education is the mass work of the party in the enterprise, through the Party's basic line with the National Education to guide workers to establish the right ideals and values, to ensure the socialist nature and direction of the enterprise. Enterprise ideological and political education in the fine tradition of our party, the unique advantages of the socialist enterprise, After more than half a century of development and accumulation, it has formed a relatively complete theoretical system, and has played a positive role in promoting enterprise development. With the diversification of economic components, economic interests and social lifestyle of many complex ideas, the ideological and political education faces enormous challenges. Enterprise ideological and political education should continue to play its role, must advance with the times, ongoing work and mechanism innovation. Corporate culture as a system theory was born in the early 1980s in the West, as a state-of-the-art management theory into China in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Theory of corporate culture is based on the advanced productive forces in the West, the business philosophy and background of Staff and research focus, it is, after all, is an exotic, this theory is introduced in our country need a process of localization. Of ideological and political education as an important feature of the Chinese enterprises have a guiding role of the corporate culture to achieve localization; corporate culture is an effective carrier of ideological and political education and materialized effective way. As the cross-cutting nature of the corporate culture and the ideological and political education in the content, there are many similarities in the actual operation, so the combination of the two has important practical significance. However, the combination of both the current situation is not optimistic, therefore, the combination of the two must have a corresponding machine production guarantee. This mechanism is a way to protect the corporate culture and the ideological and political education realized, ways and means of integration, corporate values, and production activities as well as the spirit of enterprise, innovation and remodeling; integration of corporate culture and the ideological and political education that it can inherent characteristics of a harmonious, sustainable and healthy development of mechanisms to protect innovation. Characterized by: the emphasis on enterprise internal needs and social responsibility, individual interests and social benefits, the immediate goals and long-term development of a unified it is a continuous process, mainly to solve the corporate culture and the ideological and political education of how to combine, how it works, how regulatory and How the problem of assessment and evaluation.
