Abstract


With the development of the socialist market economy , SME increasing role in the economic development . Jilin Province High-tech SMEs late start , but has played a very important role to promote the development of the national economy of Jilin Province . But inevitable , SME development has gradually emerged , the most prominent of which is the problem of financing . This paper studies the problems in Jilin Province of SME financing , through theoretical analysis and intellectual property as security for financing loans and the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund for two case studies to analyze the reasons for the current situation , and try to give a solution to Jilin Province scientific and technological methods and countermeasures for SME financing issues , help people to a better understanding of the SME financing behavior .
