In the fierce market competition , especially in the case of product quality and service is not very different , the price is still one of the main competitive factors between businesses and merchants . While marketing in recent years found that customer perception of quality, service and other factors on consumer satisfaction , and thus have a significant impact on loyalty , but the price is still the main aspects of consumer concern , because regardless of the commodity or service , the price represents the value of this commodity , but also on behalf of the economic interests of consumers whom to sacrifice . So whether it is academic or marketing , the price has always been a very important topic . Consumer price perception is how it ? Consumers in different cultures to measure seven dimensions of price perception whether inconsistent ? Purpose of this research is to start from the angle of consumer price perception , analysis of the American College Students inconsistent views on whether the seven dimensions affecting the perception of price , whether the culture had an impact on consumers of American College Students views on the seven dimensions . This paper first reviews the research literature , summarizes the scholars in the consumer price perception , price perception model research . , Based on the fact of this aspect of the study on the basis of the literature review , the introduction of price perception dimension model proposed by Lichtenstein, Ridgway Netemeyer (1993) , the use of Hofstede's cultural theoretical framework , the formation of the structure of the model . Then combined with the analysis and quantitative analysis , and distribute the questionnaire to collect data , using statistical analysis software to analyze the data , and to verify the assumption of this paper , the American College Students consumers' views of the seven dimensions of price perception differences .
