Abstract


Along with the social economy and scientific technology development, modern enterprise competition more concentrated in the core competitiveness of the enterprise; the Core competitiveness of enterprises includes enterprise strategy, core technology, quality management, etc. Zero defect management is contemporary apply more extensive quality management mode of one. It shape the core competitiveness of the enterprise by helping enterprises to improve mental concept and improving customer service consciousness, etc. This paper focused on the research that KK company carries out zero defect management model and the existing problems, And getting through the analysis, presenting improvement ideas, so as to improve the staffs service consciousness, promote the company’s core competitiveness.First, combining the domestic and international economic environment, the development history of profession and the development characteristics of the profession present situation, Analyzing the importance that KK company implement zero defect management promotion, from the external and internal situation factors of KK company itself the industrial development, Analyzing the historical significance of zero defect management form and the important role for enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises from the historical process of quality management development and quality requirements of the current market situation.Secondly, according to zero defect management theory and the general rule of things develop to discuss the forming and understanding of the zero defect management theory and related quality management theory.Zero defect theory forming process and factor analysis, so that makes it easier to understand zero defect management to see things the way and the Angle, sets up the correct quality concept. To discuss zero defect management, this is to understand the zero defect management for further analysis.Related quality management theory indicates the quality management in enterprise development today’s important role.Then, analyzing the KK company status and the mode that the zero defect management is introduced and promotion process and the achievements and the deficiency, to provide improvement scheme measures, etc. Main contents:1)analyzing company present situation, from the Angle of company development requirements that implementation of zero defect management is inevitable.2) analyzing the implementation and administration of zero defect mode and KK company implement zero defect management present situation, etc, to zero defect management implementation play a certain significance. Thus further analysis KK company zero defect management in promotion deficiency.3)to analyze the insufficient of zero defect management in the expansion and put forward improving opinions, thereby improve zero defect management in the company’s internal implementation and strengthen its within a company can influence and effect, make whole all understand zero defect.4) aiming at improving measures implementation, proposed the security requirement and design plan, thus making zero defect management promotion to be improved.Finally, summarize the analysis process of this paper, emphasize perfect zero defect management promotion to enterprise development for reference.
