Abstract


With the arrival of the service economy , more and more manufacturing enterprises through the provision of services on the basis of product differentiation to gain competitive advantage , manufacturing companies no longer even sell some items but to sell goods or services functions . Through the implementation of service-oriented transformation strategy to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises have become the era of knowledge economy of manufacturing enterprises an important strategic choice . Transformation to improve service level of performance of manufacturing enterprises , and its level of performance evaluation and analysis of manufacturing development. Manufacturing in the service of the transformation process, the traditional performance evaluation system has been unable to adapt to the needs of service-oriented strategy . Currently about service transformation manufacturing enterprise performance management research , still lacks an effective way . How to develop manufacturing enterprises scientific and effective service strategy and manufacturing new build service-oriented context for evaluation of effects of corporate restructuring and operational performance has become an urgent problem . This paper focuses on the transition from a service-oriented manufacturing enterprises to evaluate the performance level of competitiveness , service transformation strategy by influencing the level of performance of manufacturing firms to influence the competitiveness of enterprises . This transformation in the manufacturing services in the context of manufacturing enterprises in domestic and foreign scholars and service transformation performance evaluation study , based on a balanced scorecard, service profit chain and system dynamics relevant theoretical knowledge to build accordance with the manufacturer service-oriented strategic transformation industry performance management system . On the basis of the enterprise 's internal and external changes in dynamic simulation on the computer in order to observe the changes of key performance indicators , and through policy simulation study to compare the consequences of different policies , and thus to make strategic choices . Service-oriented transformation of the manufacturing enterprise performance evaluation and analysis system can help managers a clear understanding of the status of the level of business performance , and the reasons for the level of performance factors for digging , is conducive to long-term development . The system for manufacturing services of practitioners to provide an important perspective examine the business and effective means of coordination , in order to approach the level of performance management services for the manufacturing enterprise system for wealth management theory .
