The protection of habitations is the guarantee to people’s normal and happy lives.As the provider of the public welfare, our government have enforced many polices of housing welfare to guarantee the basic living conditions of the families with medium or low income after the calling off of welfare housing distribution system.Among them, the economical building and the low-rent housing is a typical model representative, but appeared many problems in the process of carrying out, Be even come making a lately unfair source head.Owing to this,this style of writing from existed controversy currently most of economy applied building system to set out, inquire into our country housing guarantee the target of the problem of system existence and our country housing guarantee system,the then explicit government guarantees a medium job in the housing and finally put forward a citizen housing power succour of suggestion.This text is divided into five parts:The introduction mainly introduced our country housing the system produces of history background and development progress.Passed the analytical method of history to comb the process that the our country economy applies a building development, and the policy aiming at each stage talked his/her own viewpoint and did cushion for afterward various problem and reason and counterplan.Chapter 1 elaborated target, international comparison and apocalypse of the housing guarantee system of our country.While drawing lessons from to the foreign policy, not only is only to"go fetch",but while"go fetch"as to it’s carried on an analysis, investigated whether it suits special"soil"of China.The chapter 2 further explicit government sets up the meaning of housing guarantee system.Specially point out that the government is a housing to guarantee law to relate to in the importance of a square corpus, live the realization of power to have social foundation, law foundation and realistic meaning to the people.Chapter 3 government guarantees the role fixed position in the system in the housing.Be fixed attention on to the whole housing guarantee system, inquire into our country the target of the housing guarantee system responsibility place that is different from the government.The conclusion of the end is part of, the stage system frame guaranteeing to the housing carried on an outlook.Aim at Chinese special state of the nation and development stage, the writer thinks the way that should adopt to gradually enter is gradually perfect our country of housing guarantee system.
