Abstract


With increasing globalization, international technical diffusion plays a more and more vital role in promoting technology advancement and economic growth of various countries. The valid path to improve regional technology progress and economic growth is to raise performance of regional innovation and international technology diffusion. The key to raise the performance of regional innovation and international technology diffusion lies in reasonable distribution of resources and coordinated development of regional technology and economic.In this paper, I firstly review on diffusion mechanisms and restrictive factors of technology diffusion. Based on the theoretical analysis, I choose Chinese different regions to test spillover effects of foreign direct investment, trade and foreign patent application on regional technology progress effectively by using LP model. I put forward a method to regress the LP model based on factor analysis. This method can avoid correlation between factors from the LP model. And I carry out the model and parameter tests, it turned out to be more reasonable for our method.On the basis of the analysis of the relation between technology progress and output, this paper defines the technology progress rate. The rate is effected of the regional innovation , FDI, trade and foreign patent application. And I establish the technology progress rate modle.I establish a modle to analysis the efficiency of economic growth base on C-D production function. This modle comprises the national and three paths of international technology diffusion research and study spillovers as factors. It can analysis the efficiency of economic growth from all factors of the modle in different regions. Using this modle I test spillover effects of foreign direct investment, trade and foreign patent application on different regions economic growth and technology progress effectively in Chinese. I put forward a method to count the factors contribution rate to economic growth and technology progress.The result shows that FDI, trade and foreign patent application produces important positive spillovers on lacal technology progress in Chinese different regions, but there exist obvious lag effects, especially on the middle and western regions. At last, the author summarizes the whole paper and points out the policy for improving the efficiency of resource allocation and promoting the coordination development of regional technology and economic.
