Abstract


With the development of China 's real estate market and the securities market , the number and scale of real estate listed companies in China is growing increasingly fierce market competition , a listed real estate company has financial trouble possible. If it can not be found in a timely manner and effectively resolve will make into a crisis of survival , while causing huge losses to affiliated enterprises and related interests of the parties , which occurred in a chain reaction , and the vicious cycle of the adverse impact on the overall macroeconomic environment . In order to regulate the operation of the real estate listed companies in China , provides a good reference for investors in the investment , the supervision of the regulatory authorities to establish effective financial early warning model is more and more urgent . China's real estate listed companies' financial early warning research not only has high academic value and also has great practical significance . In this paper, on the basis of the traditional financial early warning method of introducing the extension method based on matter-element theory to the study of China's real estate listed companies' financial early warning . The article describes the basic theory Extenics matter element theory , extension set , the basic concepts of the correlation function Extenics , expounded the basic principle of extension methods and extension method application and listed real estate companies the financial position of the warning Extension analysis . In this paper, the theory and practice of the predecessors , select 55 real estate companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share market in China as research samples , and its 2007 basic data as the model of early warning data ; solvency indicators , scale early warning indicator system ; based on five indicators , profitability indicators , capacity development indicators and macroeconomic indicators , 11 early warning indicators , financial indicators and non-financial indicators combined to establish China's real estate listed companies financial early warning Extension evaluation model . By inspection and empirical studies of financial data in the study sample biennium 2008-2009 and realistic development of the model results prove Extension warning model can accurately determine the financial condition of the listed companies in China's real estate the dynamic forecasts China's real estate listed companies financial trends , provide the basis and support for the decisions of the relevant parties .
