Abstract


In this paper, household economics, behavioral decision theory, and theoretical basis for decision-making under the guidance of the field through the development of a questionnaire survey, namely the 30 year contract time is in variable under the household responsibility system, analyses the different kinds of land use behavior of the peasant household.Such as the behavior of production ,the behavior of manufacture input, the behavior of land circulation.farmers described how the face of production and management of scientific decision-making, the initial establishment of land-use decision-making patterns of rural households and to Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture in-depth analysis. On this basis, using data envelopment analysis model for Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture farmer land-use efficiency of evaluation and analysis, finally put forward to improve land use efficiency to achieve scientific development of countermeasures and proposals.The results indicate that peasant household of Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture is engaged in the agricultural production in own and under external factor influence.The different decision model will have the different influence to the agricultural production efficiency,such as independence rational decision making model, conformity impersonate decision model and passivity take decision model. The peasant household are enthusiasm on agricultural ,the majority of peasant household are pleasure to input ,and are different from each other in money and labour ,it result in that land use efficiency are different . The land use average technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency are more lower,and the most of the farmer are in the middle level of technical efficiency, there is much room for improvement for technical efficiency.
