Abstract


Pass a long time, our country on the technical requirements of the application in the construction field , the management of quality requirements is achieved through the development of engineering construction standards , engineering construction standards mature, advanced and reliable engineering construction technology and practical experience to the project construction activities in . With the the standardized object of increased standard engineering construction standard system has become more and more complex , due to the lack of a standard system theory , the system of internal structure is irrational , losing the role of the organization to co-ordinate standards , resulting in the entire system predictability and forward-looking is not ideal . Of engineering construction standard system management system is in a transition , how to build a standard system of laws in line with the development of China's market to become an important issue . This paper focuses on the core issue of building engineering construction standard system , first discussed the method of use of the theory in the build process . System general principle , the theory of public goods , the theory of systems engineering and process management theory. Subsequently, a detailed analysis of the advanced experience of developed countries in the standard system mode , combined with the main trends of this stage of system development , to discuss the supply of engineering construction standard system mode , as well as the impact of the system on which the standard from the standard preparation and international engineering construction of two aspects of the field of engineering construction standard system demand conditions .
