Abstract

Energy is the material basis of social production and human survival, power is indispensable to promote social development, and the importance of material resources. However, as more and more human energy demand, energy constraints and economic and social development of human impact on resources and the environment is more and more obvious. Therefore, the equilibrium relationship between the study of energy consumption and economic growth has important theoretical and practical significance. Firstly a more comprehensive analysis of influencing factors of energy consumption in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, which conducted a more in-depth studies of the factors of economic growth. And gray correlation degree method to rank the factors that affect energy consumption in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, more scientific ranking reflects the size of the various factors that affect the level of energy consumption of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in line with the current development situation of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Secondly, a measure of the relationship of economic growth and energy consumption indicators (intensity of energy consumption and energy consumption elasticity coefficient) changes in law, summed up the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, energy consumption intensity and energy consumption elasticity coefficient is higher than the national average. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, less efficient energy use, and economic growth in energy consumption driven. Between the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region between economic growth and energy consumption cointegration test and Granger causality test, obtained Granger cause economic growth is not the growth of energy consumption in Inner Mongolia, the growth of energy consumption is Granger cause of economic growth. Economic growth and energy consumption in the long-run equilibrium relationship, and not structural changes over time. Based on the empirical analysis, sustainable development theory, draw the hidden problem of the existence of the \\In addition, the article also energy of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region - the economy - environment among coordinated development conducted in-depth analysis of the VAR model. The impulse response function and variance decomposition shows that the energy consumption of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region will continue on the existing basis to maintain a certain speed of positive growth, the long run, the energy of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region will be exhausted sooner or later, the current sustainable development can not be tolerated . Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's economic growth in energy consumption will continue to maintain a rapid growth, but this growth has come at the expense of the environment, environmental pollution, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region also continues to expand, maintain an upward trend. Finally, starting from the above conclusions, based on the concept of sustainable development, in accordance with the requirements of the scientific concept of development, from the transformation of economic growth mode of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, adjust the structure of energy consumption, the development of energy technology and energy, economic, environmental, and coordinated development to explore the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region energy development policy formulation.
