Oil in the process of exploration, mining , transport , storage and processing impact on the environment caused serious pollution , the main chemical components of alkanes , benzene , toluene , xylene and complex aromatic hydrocarbons , and more carcinogenic change mutagenic, cause distortion effects. Alkane degradation capability advantage to the growth of bacteria, to the strains by screening from the oil-contaminated soil has a commercial value of organic acids or esters of alkane degradation . This study from the contaminated soil screening and cultured of heptane microbial 14 , and the identification of its 16S rDNA which G2 , G9, G14 Rhodococcus , G3, G27 man pale spp , G4, G7, the genus Bacillus , G5, G10, G15, G25 of the genus Arthrobacter , G16 as defects shortwave Aeromonas , G17, G22 for Stenotrophomonas oligonucleotides Cultured Xanthomonas . Investigated the degradation of these strains to determine Rhodococcus sp. G2 alkane degradation predominant strains . This study in Rhodococcus sp . G2 of n - heptane , n- dodecane, xylene, etc. substance degradation , the influence of the salt concentration on its growth as well as the degradation mechanism of this strain in the presence of glucose and alkane , and bacteria using alkane metabolites produced by fermentation of a component analysis . The results show that , in Rhodococcus sp. G2 different carbon chain length of the alkane , and even xylene have a strong ability to degrade ; experiment of n-dodecane as the sole carbon source and cultured for 18h , cell concentration of OD600 i.e. reached about 12, the resulting surface -active agent for the two - phase solution was emulsified E24% , 67.44%, its product was analyzed to be seen that the presence of ketones and esters ; when the sodium chloride concentration up to 10g / L , Rhodococcus sp. G2 growth status ; than easy to use glucose , the strains more preference to the use of the alkanes . After the fermentation process optimization, and found that the strain for the use of n-dodecane and ammonium sulfate is in accordance with the ratio of 8:1 to intake . N-dodecane as carbon source metabolite analysis results suggest that the mechanism of Rhodococcus sp. G2 using alkanes may be a variety of oxidation coexistence .
