Abstract

Firstly, the homogeneous Fenton reagent propylene glycol (PG) wastewater . H202 and FeSO4 using the reactor dropwise manner , and PG were investigated H202 molar ratio , Fe2 molar ratio of the PG , H202 and FeSO4 addition time , temperature, pH, reaction time after dropping the PG degradation factors , PG removal and COD removal rate . Established to be a dynamic model , the calculated Fenton reaction conditions proposed a kinetic rate constants and the intrinsic reaction rate constant . Then using activated carbon adsorption of different concentrations of PG wastewater . Activated carbon used in the experiment and MCC2004 MCC2005, were investigated temperature , PG initial concentration , the amount of carbon added three factors on the adsorption properties of the PG , establish its kinetic , thermodynamic model and make its adsorption mechanism analysis . Select a different modifiers modification of the activated carbon . Use Beohm titration before and after modification of activated carbon surface functional group content , determined by N2 physical adsorption of activated carbon structural characteristics before and after modification were investigated before and after modification of activated carbon adsorption properties of the PG and PG analyzed the nature of the structural characteristics of activated carbon , activated carbon adsorption capacity of the link between the three . Finally, the Fe / C-Fenton reagent PG wastewater treatment method , H2O2 using added dropwise manner to the reactor , were investigated Fe / C catalyst concentration , H202 addition amount , addition time and temperature processing four factors on the PG effect .
