Abstract

In this thesis a simulated flue gas desulfurization solution, other heavy metal ions and Hg2 for trapping agent (multi-triazine thiol salt TMT, two dithiocarbamate DTCR and Na2S) the competitive effects, the results show several metal ion trapping agent competitive order of Cu2 gt; Pb2 gt; Ni2 gt; Zn2. Wherein the presence of Cu2, Pb2 Hg2 desulfurization solution to remove a greater impact, and with these two metal ions concentration increases, several trapping agent to Hg2 removal are gradually reduced, the reduction ranges Na2S gt; TMT gt ; DTCR; As the pH increases, various trapping agent to Hg2 removal were subsequently increased significantly, but in the pH gt; 7 TMT and DTCR to Hg2 after removal growth gradually slowed down, but always keep Na2S Growth; trapping agent dosage can significantly improve the increase in the removal rate of Hg2, dosage of from 0.5 times to 3 times the molar stoichiometry of mercury removal rate can be increased from about 40% to about 85%. Experiment while filtering out the presence of heavy metals in the other case to Hg2 choose the best trapping trapping agent is DTCR. Gypsum stabilization of mercury mainly from two aspects: one is added to the slurry in the desulfurization trapping agent, the precipitation in the form of mercury fixed in plaster; another is generated in a power plant FGD gypsum has been added DTCR or TMT. The results prove the use of a different trapping fluid in the desulfurization agent to remove mercury, mercury gypsum obtained are very different stability. Only adjust the pH or Na2S mercury produced as trapping agent attached to the gypsum precipitation during immersion effect of pH by soaking very obvious, pH lt; 5 again easily when dissolution, soak for 24 hours after the dissolution rate of mercury are greater than one %; while the use of DTCR or TMT as a trapping agent, chelate mercury precipitate generated relatively stable during the immersion process is not easy gypsum dissolution, after 24 hours of mercury leaching rate of only 0.23% and 0.15%. Experiments also confirmed that the addition of gypsum during immersion Hg2 leaching, there is the reduction of the release process Hg0. The results show that under acidic conditions the gypsum and reducing the leaching of mercury will be increased, and the trapping agent dosing only greatly reduce the concentration of mercury in the leaching solution (almost reduced to about 1/10), while the reduced mercury reduction 2 / 3 or more. Thus, by adding TMT and DTCR trapping agent such as gypsum to stabilize the mercury can effectively resolve the gypsum process of using the case of acid rain erosion and restore the leaching of mercury releases and other secondary pollution problems.
