Abstract

With the rapid development of China's economy, the modern dairy industry has become an important part of the food industry in China, has become a hot topic in today's market competition. However, the development of the dairy industry in China is still in the primary stage, and there are still a lot of imperfections, in order to make the dairy industry has made leaps and bounds, not a lack of large-scale dairy enterprises, driven by the exemplary role, so understanding the competitive position of the large-scale dairy enterprises is particularly important, therefore, the study of the competitiveness of the large dairy companies has a very important practical significance. In this paper, based on the general theory of the competitiveness of enterprises, the difference is similar to the concept of enterprise competitiveness, such as: the difference between the concept of the competitiveness of enterprises and the competitiveness of their products, core competencies, competitive advantages of enterprise competitiveness basic concepts and characteristics, and explore to define the meaning of the dairy industry competitiveness and the analysis of the competitiveness of the dairy industry in the existing literature review and a brief review provides theoretical support for the empirical analysis below. Then, on the basis of authoritative institutions at home and abroad and scholars on the basis of existing research results and analysis of special competitive elements of the Chinese dairy companies to design a set of 17 evaluation index evaluation system set evaluation system for the assessment of China large dairy enterprises competitive scientific and better practical operability. In the empirical analysis section, this large-scale dairy enterprises influential as the research object, using factor analysis to determine the weight of each indicator and factor composite score results on the competitiveness of the large dairy enterprises sort, based on the The competitiveness ranking results detailed analysis of the competitive position of China's large-scale dairy enterprises. The empirical results show that: the factors that have a significant impact on the level of competitiveness of large dairy companies: scale of strength, profitability, innovation capability, management capability, corporate growth strength. On the basis of a detailed analysis of the competitiveness of China's large-scale dairy enterprises gap, combined with the actual situation of China's large-scale dairy enterprises, and proposed a series of measures and strategies to further enhance the competitiveness of China's large-scale dairy enterprises and maintain its sustained healthy development laid the theoretical foundation. Using factor analysis method to evaluate the competitiveness of the large dairy companies for large-scale dairy enterprises in China to assess its strength to provide good technical methods, and use the results to develop appropriate countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. We believe that, as to further improve the level of competitiveness of the dairy industry in China, the future development of the Chinese dairy industry must be more brilliant.
