Abstract


Iron and steel industry as a pillar industry in the economic and social development plays an important role. Current Chinese steel industry industry concentration is low , excess capacity , product structure is irrational , etc. contradiction. Baosteel as China 's leading steel company , by studying the development of its expansion strategy , capable of the future development of China's steel industry to provide effective reference. This paper mainly studies Baosteel expansion and strategic layout , diversified industrial development, so that readers understand how Baosteel while in the bigger and stronger. Affected by many factors , horizontal merger has become a major expansion of Baosteel implementation path , the acquired companies how to effectively integrate into the Baoshan Iron and Steel , M \u0026 A business object selection and strategic development become critical. Through analysis, this paper concerns the main steel business in the same time scale expansion , the need for effective development of diversified industrial steel business for support, so that the steel main business forward, backward, can be extended . Finally, the development of strategies for the expansion of Baosteel comprehensive summary that indicates expansion , while enterprises should pay attention to integrated development of transplantation in the management of technology based on the transplant transplantation focus on corporate culture , so as to play a competitive force in the market effect.
