Objective To investigate patients with rectal flurbiprofen on postoperative immune function. Methods This study collected from the Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from July 2010 to December 2010 total of 60 cases with ASAⅠ~Ⅱgrade to be added in the epidural anesthesia in patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: the flurbiprofen group (F group) and morphine (M group), n = 30 . Each group straight into the gap method T12-L1 epidural catheterization, anesthesia to midazolam 0.04mg/kg, fentanyl 4μg/kg, etomidate 0.3mg/kg, cis acid A Music Library amine induction of anesthesia, tracheal intubation 0.15mg/kg. Intubation after propofol 0.1㎎ / kg / min, remifentanil 0.5μg / kg / min to maintain depth of anesthesia, intraoperative intermittent intravenous injection of acid cis atracurium to maintain muscle relaxation. In the M group 10 minutes before induction of intravenous morphine 10mg, F group flurbiprofen 1.5mg/kg. Two groups before surgery, respectively (T0), 3 hours after surgery (T1), after 1 day (T2) and after 3 days (T3) 4 ml peripheral venous blood taken, centrifugal separation of serum, -20℃preservation. By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) serum levels of IL-2, IL-6 concentrations. Record postoperative adverse effects, including nausea, vomiting, skin itching and so on.Results There were the general condition before anesthesia, no significant difference. Two groups of patients before anesthesia, the serum IL-2, IL-6 levels showed no significant (P> 0.05). M group of IL-2 levels began to decrease after 3h (P <0.05), after 1d dropped to a lower level (P <0.01), 3d, after a slight rebound, but still below the level before anesthesia (P <0.05); F group 3h after IL-2 levels increased significantly after continuing to 1d, and the difference before anesthesia was significantly (P <0.01), 3d, after a slight decline, but still higher than level before (P <0.05). Serum concentration of IL-6 groups 3h after all increased. Peaked after 1d. 1d flurbiprofen group after the concentration of serum IL-6 compared with the morphine group were significantly different (P <0.05), after 3d, flurbiprofen group compared with the morphine group, there are still significant differences (P <0.05). M The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher than that of F group (P <0.05). F nausea, vomiting and M group significantly different compared (P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with morphine, flurbiprofen to better promote the secretion of IL-2, IL-6 inhibited the increase. Flurbiprofen can incidence of adverse reactions after a smaller, more perioperative analgesia safe and effective.
