Abstract


Ketone-benzol dewaxing process in lubricant production process , production costs accounted for more than 60 percent of the entire oil production costs , and the direct impact on the oil quality and yield . In this paper, a ketone-benzol dewaxing unit for the study, will be improved ant colony clustering method and adaptive fuzzy neural network combining soft measurement model to establish of the ketone benzene dewaxing device crystallization system . This paper studies : soft measurement techniques proposed in the 1970s , in the field of theoretical research and engineering applications , are achieved fruitful results, the soft measurement techniques show great prospects for industrial applications , the basic idea of the technology is the influence of the dominant variables by measuring the value of the auxiliary variables , for data pre - processing and modeling , to thereby obtain the best estimate of the dominant variables . The insight into benzol dewaxing unit lubricant ketone production process , select the lubricating oil yield , the yield of dewaxed oil as the dominant variables of the soft measurement model , analyze the factors that affect the oil yield of the process to determine the including : auxiliary cooling rate , solvent composition , and five streams of solvent ratio as the soft- measurement model variable . Pretreatment , the actual process of data collection and use of improved ant colony clustering algorithm to cluster analysis of sample data to determine the number of clusters , cluster centers , and on this basis , is proposed based on improved ant colony adaptive fuzzy clustering algorithm neural network soft sensor modeling method , the soft measurement model ketone-benzol dewaxing lubricating oil yield of the crystallization process , the actual process of collecting data for the simulation of soft sensor modeling research results show that the soft measurement model has better accuracy .
