Abstract


With the improvement of economy and living standards ,Dogs and cats no more than a livestock but a member of the family. More and more attention are payed on pet’s health and welfare. Abroad in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pets has become a mature and technologically advanced theoretical subjects, there was no significant difference between the pet hospital diagnosis and treatment with people in hospital. Domestic pet clinic developing in the past 20 years has made a great development. But in the actual treatment activities, limited by the technology and equipment, diagnostic results are not so satisfactory. Through a variety of inspection, the combination of the use of diagnostic tools, will play a significant confirmed cases of clinical significance.Viral diseases was significantly reduced meanwhile the disease in the elderly was increased in the first tier cities. Study of recent clinical treated dogs and a cat shown by the general clinical examination, X-ray, B-ultrasound, blood biochemical and pathological examination, were diagnosed with seminoma canine liver metastases, multiple primary tumors in dogs, cats Cushing’s syndrome and renal insufficiency, together with an analysis of their virulence factors, Pathogenesis and treatment. To give the clinical diagnosis and treatment certain theoretical reference value and practical significance.
