Abstract


November 12, 2010 the 16th Asian Games held in Guangzhou China, Asian Games opening / closing the main venue set in the Hai Xin Sha。The whole Hai Xin Sha project construction period is one year,The entire project can be completed on time and shelf life, the key is project management. In this paper, the progress of the project management control, summarizes the progress of large construction projects management elements.This paper describes progress of the project management theory started to introduce some of the progress of the management of contents and significance of the implementation process and project management of the main problems, and then to Hai Xin Sha the progress of the project management status stands as an example, the introduction of project schedule management theories and methods,Analysis stands of the Hai Xin Sha in the progress of the project management internal and external factors; further discussion of the major projects at home and abroad, as construction units in project management, progress of the project management status quo. This is also the progress of planning, control of schedule in detail, using the project structure decomposition (WBS) build the basic structure of the project, the preparation of the network technology schedule network diagram and Gantt charts, Gantt charts by comparison and S-shaped curve method analysis and scheduling control scheme, and then discussed the progress of the project management control measures. The progress of construction project management is an indispensable part of construction management,and has a special role and position, this article discusses the progress management of similar projects will also have some reference value。
