Abstract


With the rapid development of Engineering Investigation Project market and an increasingly competitive, the demand of project schedule management become more strictly. Especially the project exploration locates at the early stage of project whole life cycle, determines the important influence of project cost, quality and social effects at the middle and last stage. If lack of effective control and management in the early exploration tasks, series of design, construction and operation stages would be delayed, and then brought significant loss. Therefore, aiming at win the competition and more projects, this paper introduced project schedule management into the exploration stage, which has significant guideline of enhanced the Engineering Investigation Project schedule management level, thus fit the new situation development demand for Engineering Investigation Project enterprises and increased market competitive ability.Completing the G engineering investigation projects on schedule is a priority, and it need a good preparation of project process management. This article focuses on the project process management in the Surveying Industry with the method of integrating theory and practice. Firstly, it discusses the related theory and tools of project process management; secondly, it uses the theory and method of project process management in practical project based on the characteristics of the G engineering investigation projects, and drawing network diagram through break down of the engineering investigation projects. then drawing project schedule through analysis of the key path, and proposes the main countermeasures to protect the engineering investigation projects schedule. To collect data of actual progress of project during the process , and analyse the deviation with the planned process. Then to find the reasons and put forward some measures to improve it. optimizing the control and management of project to make sure the G engineering investigation project is completed on schedule.Based on detailed analysis of the methods of schedule management and measures of the G engineering investigation project, this paper puts forward relevant safeguard measures pointedly and practicality, and it has certain meanings for the similar engineering investigation projects; it can also provide theoretical reference and lessons for winning projects and market, accommodating to the more fierce market competition and promote enterprise’s core competitive ability.
