Abstract


Cheng Gongliang is a specialist of Guqin music. In the field of traditional performance of Guqin music, chiefly, Cheng Gongliang succeed the artistic style of Guangling Guqin Music School, while joined his“heart-from”music tone in it, made the music more appealing; in the field of archeology of Guqin music, he departured from the noumenon of music, and tried his best to uncover the original idea of composers of traditional Guqin music, recovered many antiquated and high artistic level Guqin music; the theme of his works are very wide-ranging, which involve buddhist music, Indian music and so forth.It is an extremely valuable experience that exhumes more traditional Guqin music and transmits Guqin music for us, and it will be a highly precious fortune for this art of Guqin music in the“flowed down-pass”process.This book is divided into two chapters. The first chapter analyzes the techniques of Cheng Gongliang’s Guqin music. The second chapter analyzes Cheng Gongliang’s Guqin music. I passed into summarizing Cheng Gongliang’s Guqin music, and strive for more inspiring to the transmission of Guqin music in the future.
