Abstract

Our current journalists professional ethics in the big social change decline is period, With the spread of the newspaper’s own existence defects, it may not have the television medium, audio-visual effects , it faces other media, the impact of the existence of the great pressure situation, and economic benefits, hard to avoid is not the temptation to appear some bad behavior.The current newspaper development process incomplete and market factors exist and the imperfect system and law . In newspaper internal management, the leading too much power and lack of effective supervision, On-the-job consumer spending waste phenomenon also is more serious. Abusing power for personal gain and make money draft transactions ethical anomie issues are becoming increasingly prominent. Market economy in economic development simultaneously to press the stick to career employees had a serious challenge socialist ethics, these problems caused by more and more people of insight concerns. Ethical anomie bring us serious harm. It not only harm themselves, but also harm the interests of the majority of endangering national interests, interference, the normal operation, corrupt society social culture, threatening social stability. News newspaper to strengthen media self-discipline and heteronomy? How to put the news ethics big social system development and perfect? After entering wto by what the news newspaper should appear in front of the world capital state? This paper the current moral norms of China’s newspaper as the research content. From a moral value guidance, moral control, moral ideal level, theoretical discussions Internal management, financing of newspaper, regrouping, running four existing problems of ethical anomie systematized analysis research, breaking previous studies and the practice of the forest for the trees, namely, only for a moral out-of-standard the phenomenon, research .This thesis its contents are as follows:First, this paper expounds this paper studies theoretical significance and practical significance, research status and their research ideas, and points out the shortcomings and his previous studies of innovation points and its related concepts and basic theoretical issues are summarized.Secondly, to press the exist in the development of ethical problems, such as on-the-job waste phenomenon is serious; Administrative intervention fair competition values of disorders, unit insider control in moral behavior under the deviation of media organizations and media, the lack of moral control practitioners are analyzed, and the problems and pointed them out the lack of and harm.Finally, facing the social competition and survival pressure, China’s newspaper should take in what face social responsibility, newspaper itself in internal management, financing, reorganization, operation process of governance of ethical anomie, How to adhere to the correct news professional ethics value guidance, enhances our country journalists’ ethical standards, how to strengthen media self-discipline and heteronomy, and strengthen education and press press morality construction of moral construction legalization forward some valuable countermeasures.
