Abstract


The cadre selection is an important component of Deng Xiaoping Theory. In theory, the selection of cadres of Deng Xiaoping is inseparable from the formation and development of Marx and Engels on the issue of cadre selection and the idea; also inseparable from the selection of Lenin on the issue of cadres experience; and is more connected with Comrade Mao Zedong’s ideas of cadre selection. Maintaining the purity of party ranks, reconstruction and reform of cadres, the new requirements is the foundation of Deng Xiaoping’s cadre.Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on the discussion of the young cadres can be summarized in this way: selection of cadres must adhere to moral integrity and ability to Germany for the first selection criteria; merit-based selection of routes and more revolutionary, younger, better educated and more professional selection approach; democracy promotion; structure optimization, reasonable equipment, smoothly gradual selection, and diligent selection principle. It should rely on the mass people, establishment of retirement system, reform and improve the system; emancipate the mind, change concepts, and select the outstanding cadre through the establishment of Advisory Board and other forms of cross-level selection.When department of Deng Xiaoping Thought group select cadres, it should adhere to the following principles that only capable and moral people can be chosen. From the cadres and people of all ages with a reasonable overall perspective, dependent system, cadres can be chosen based on democratic style. At the same time, it should create conditions creatively, and steadily promote reform of the cadre and personnel system, and ultimately realize the purpose of general election by the masses of cadres, supervision and removal by the masses anytime by Marx in the "French Civil War".
