Abstract


Has a close relationship between the English learning and English learning motivation, and plays an important role in the regulation of incentives in the middle of them. Incentive is teachers teaching in the use of various effective means to stimulate students' English learning motivation, improve academic performance. This article will motivate the theoretical basis of the analysis of the five-year vocational students' English learning motivation, to propose appropriate incentives. The five-year vocational is a form of vocational education, has its own unique and other school characteristics. In recent years, the scale of the five-year vocational expanding, there is a strong demand for business-to-five-year vocational students. But with the decline in enrollment, students' quality of higher vocational school teacher, teaching equipment presents a lack of momentum, coupled with the negative social factors influence students learning English serious lack of motivation, need our teachers in teaching excite students. Five-year vocational students have their own characteristics, and so should be targeted in the English classroom use of incentive policies, or the effect may be counterproductive. This thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is an overview, mainly elaborated the background and significance of the research, ideas and methods of the study, as well as in the Western theory of motivation, strategy, motivation literature review. The second chapter is the use of motivational strategies in the five-year vocational English teaching, including five-year analysis of the impact of external and internal factors, as well as the students' English language learning during the incentive teaching what principles to follow. The third chapter is a focus of this paper, for the experimental study. Motivate the use of teaching methods in the five-year vocational English through questionnaires and interviews, analysis, covering the internal motivation and external motivation of students to learn a foreign language, English learning attitude and intensity, excitation method in English Teaching. Studies show that most students' English learning motivation are all instrumental motivation to learn, there is no good English learning attitude. However, most of the students want teachers teaching to stimulate students' interest in learning, the use of the incentive pedagogy. Chapter incentive the pedagogy should pay attention to what issues in English teaching. The final chapter is a summary of the full text, and to point out the inadequacies of this paper. The papers on the basis of the existing literature, the use of incentives in the five-year vocational English teaching pedagogy, and accompanied by empirical research in linking theory put forward on the basis of the actual five-year vocational English teaching how to effectively use incentive pedagogy, hoping to give other teachers to provide some reference.
